After your cargo is shown as having flown, processing at our destination facilities
may take up to 72 hours due to high cargo volume.
If you have not received a notification that your cargo is ready for pick-up,
please wait a minimum of 72 hours from the arrival of the corresponding flight
before coming to or contacting our local Cargo warehouse
